Your property's story, kept safely

Created automatically when a deal reaches Agreement Signed — a lifetime record you can share on your terms.

Most property paperwork disappears into folders after registration — sale deed here, tax receipt there, no single source of truth. MySondham's Living Property File is created automatically when a deal on our platform reaches Agreement Signed (stage 9 in the sale flow). It is not a generic PDF dump; it is a structured record tied to your property and that transaction.

Each file contains a property snapshot at the time of agreement — address, area, configuration, and listing details as they were when the deal closed — plus sale or rental terms (price, deposit, key dates) and the timeline of stage completions that led to signing. Owners retain access in their dashboard; participants in the deal can reference the same canonical record instead of reconciling three versions of what was agreed.

Sharing is deliberate. You can generate a time-limited link for a bank valuer, lawyer, or prospective tenant — access expires automatically so you are not leaving a permanent public URL on the internet. Renew or revoke shares from your account. Annual renewal reminders nudge you to confirm details still hold or update them after renovations, tax reassessments, or refinancing.

Living Property Files are a MySondham differentiator: they reward owners who close on-platform with long-term utility, not just a one-off listing fee. They also support compliance storytelling — consent logs and deal stages that fed into the file are already on our side of the ledger.

You cannot create a file by button-click before a deal completes; that invariant protects integrity. Close through MySondham's staged deal engine, sign the agreement, and the file appears. If you are an owner planning a sale or rental, list today and let the file become your property's durable story afterward.
