We started MySondham because buying, selling, and renting property in India should not mean handing your phone number to every broker on a classifieds site. We are building a structured, trustworthy way to move from search to registration — starting in Tamil Nadu and Puducherry, with search coverage expanding across India.

MySondham is a Deal Operating System, not just a listings portal. Listings are how you discover property; the twelve-stage deal journey is how we actually get you to agreement and registration. Every enquiry becomes a deal with a masked customer reference (MSCUST-XXXXXXXX), an assigned Certified Deal Partner, and a recorded timeline — not a scattered WhatsApp thread.

What makes us different:
