Trust tiers signal your track record to buyers and owners before they ever see your name. You start at Verified after KYC and RERA checks. Silver and Gold tiers unlock as you complete deals cleanly, maintain response SLAs, and collect positive outcomes. Higher tiers mean higher listing quotas and priority in partner assignment for new enquiries in your localities.

Subscription is ₹199 per month — access to the partner dashboard, deal pipeline, and daily anonymised demand alerts by locality (what buyers are searching for, never their phone numbers). Listing caps depend on tier: Verified partners start with a modest active cap; Gold partners can run unlimited live listings. During promotional periods, posting may be free for all roles — the underlying quota rules still apply when promos end.

You see masked customer references (MSCUST-XXXXXXXX), advance deals one stage at a time, and coordinate site visits without exposing either side's personal contact prematurely.
